Design on the buckle representsgeometric Hutsul ornament. Weaving is one of the most important and most widespread forms of artistic Hutsul culture, which has a long tradition. Highlanders produced cloth and wool for clothing, carpets andblanketswith distinctive geometric patterns that are well known beyond the mountains.
Buckles are cast in brass. After casting, each buckle is manually processed. After processing, the buckle is covered by patina and polished one more time.
Buckle comes complete with a brass frame suited for a 38 mm wide belt.
